Our proxy engine can mechanically read these to route traffic, but they are encrypted such that our support team cannot view them.
These are encrypted using a key derived from your Secure Session Token. We do not store this token. Without your active login and this transient token, it is physically impossible for our system, or our staff, to decrypt your keys. Your secrets remain a locked "black box" that only you can open.
We will email you when you reach 80% and 100% of your quota. On the Free Plan, requests are paused until the next billing cycle. On Pro & Enterprise plans, we offer auto-scaling or a grace period so your production app never goes offline.
No. SaltingIO acts as a "blind proxy." We pass your request to the provider (e.g., OpenAI, Stripe) and return the response directly to your frontend. We do not store, read, or train on your payload data. We only log metadata (status codes, latency) for your analytics dashboard.
